I just read through a mildly interesting piece from the Huffington Post on how your sleep patterns and quality of your sleep depend upon your race, ethnicity, and country of origin.

The article, of course, doesn’t speculate as to why this may be the case, only that this is what their research showed.

Maybe sleep level and quality of sleep has more to do with stress levels and socio-economic status than these other quoted factors? Why not ask the people you’ve supposedly researched why their sleep may be broken or less than others?
